Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy

At Multisoftware Digital Technologies, we adhere to refund/cancellation policies for all online services provided to our customers. For full details of our policy, please refer to the relevant service level agreement.

If a customer wants to request a cancellation, he must send an email to info@multisoftdigitech.com or a postal letter to our official address. Our financial and management team will analyze the issues in depth and advise you on the further process.

If the problem/question comes from our side, the customer will receive an activation code within 1 week from the date of their request from our accounting team. Multisoftware Digital Technologies team will take care of the refund process its up to the company rules. If no letter is received, the request will not be considered valid.

Refund Policy at Multisoftware Digital Technologies

Multisoftware Digital Technologies adopts different refund policies in connection with our various services. For more details, please refer to our individual service contract.

If a customer requests the cancellation of a project, Multisoftware Digital Technologies does not guarantee the acceptance of a refund. We will analyze the various factors involved in this project, such as the verification of the signed contract, the email receipt, the electronic signature or the physical signature between the two parties, and then just decide whether to choose a refund or not.

Multisoftware Digital Technologies is not responsible for refunding transaction fees paid for the project. In addition, the amount sent to third parties for the services provided, or any miscellaneous expenses that are not recoverable to Multisoftware Digital Technologies.
